About Emily:
I’ve always been passionate about mental health advocacy and accessibility. Growing up with my mom working in the mental health world, and through my own experiences with therapy, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the power of mental well-being. At A Good Place, I’m committed to supporting a welcoming environment where both staff and clients feel genuinely heard, seen, and cared for, while making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
In my free time, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, immersed in a good book, listening to music, or designing something new. I’m a creative at heart, with a background in the arts that influences much of what I do. I also host and curate community-centered events in Brooklyn, where I bring people together to foster meaningful connections. After moving back to New York, I learned how crucial strong relationships and a sense of community are, especially in such a large, bustling city. That’s why, in my off time, I focus on designing spaces and experiences that help people connect on a deeper level.
I love being part of a team that not only prioritizes mental health but also values the importance of building a supportive community. It’s work that aligns with both my professional skills and personal passions.
