A note from Courtney:

I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, genuine connection. My goal is to build a partnership with you—one that’s collaborative, open, and free from judgement. As a queer and trans man from the South, I understand the importance of creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported in your identity. Whether you're navigating gender, sexuality, or simply the complexities of being human, my goal is to help you feel affirmed and understood in a way that is authentic to you.

In my past work with runaway and homeless youth, and in community and advocacy spaces, I’ve learned just how much our identities and life experiences shape how we move through the world. That’s why I take a holistic, systems-based approach—understanding how your unique history and the challenges you’ve faced with various systems can influence the way you feel and interact today.

For me, it’s important to create an affirming space that acknowledges the nuances of queer and trans lived experiences. I strive to foster an environment where you can explore your identity on your own terms, at your own pace. Everyone’s journey is deeply personal and I feel honored to be a part of yours.

I have a background working with a wide range of individuals across various racial, ethnic, sexual orientation, gender, religious, and physical ability identities. I have specific interest in LGBTQIA+ and identity issues, men’s issues, teenage challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I look forward to partnering with you in this exploration of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
